Tasting Notes

Helles is a light golden lager that is the everyday beer of Southern Germany. The German word "hell" or "helles" simply means "bright" or "pale. In Trëma you get an incredibly nuanced malt flavor with a freshness of German hops.

Brewing Notes

We use a select Bavarian yeast for Trema that lets the organic pilsner malt shine.
